• Assumed project management for two web applications (BrandImpact and AudienceImpact) that were overdue and over budget, and completed first release version for each within 3 months. Managed deployment of high volume, high availability server application (10,000 hits+ per minute).
• Supervised development of both web and conventional software projects using ASP, JavaScript, WebObjects (application server), Java, PowerBuilder, C++, COM, Oracle. Managed system administrator in maintaining Windows NT servers, Sun Solaris servers and Linux servers.
• As director of software development, responsible for development plans, hardware, software and personnel budgets (approx. $2 million), hiring, and training for staff of ten.

SOFTWARE:
